Your credit card is charge at that time you put through your reservation form.  If you have questions please call before completing the reservation form or make your reservation at the time you are speaking with us. When you send the reservation form you have given permission to process your credit card for your stay. You also agree and accept all the policies of the Hocking Hills Homestead and Good Earth Management Company.

PLEASE HELP US conserve energy and protect our world.  PLEASE TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS WHEN NOT IN USE.  PLEASE TURN OFF OUTSIDE LIGHTS ONCE YOU ARE IN FOR THE NIGHT. WE GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR HLEP IN KEEPING OUR EXPENSES DOWN SO WE CAN KEEP OUT RATES DOWN AS WELL.

Please Note: Smoke detectors are there for your protection.  If you disable them by taking the batteries out or removing them you are subject to a $50 fine.  If you set them off please just open the doors and windows for a short time to clear the air.  The smoke detectors are inspected before and after each arrival and departure.

Check In and Check Out No EARLY ARRIVALS if there is extra work that needs to be done it will not be done if you are on the property.  If the yard needs mowed the mowing company will NOT mow with guests on the property due to liability. 

PLEASE BE RESEPECTFUL OF OUR CHECK IN CHECK OUT POLICIES.  WHEN ONE GROUP STAYS LATE AND THE NEXT GROUP COMES IN EARLY IT MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR HOUSEKEEPING TO COMPLETE THEIR JOBS.  THIS RULES APPLIES TO YOU AS WELL AS EVERYONE ELSE.

-You may arrive at your cabin any time after 3:00pm. A combination lock box containing keys will be mounted at the door. You will be given the combination and specific directions to your cabin.  

-Check Out is 11:00am. Please wash the dishes and place trash in the correct receptacles. Please secure the cabin before departure and return the key to the lock box. Extra keys may be placed on the kitchen table. There is a $50 charge for lost keys.        
  -Please help us recycle. We have provided a container for your cans. Please place only cans in this container.

Occupancy and Housekeeping

-Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests accommodated by each cabin.  Paid guests only, please.

-Pets are allowed at cabins. Pets must be approved by our office before arrival. Pet fee is $30 for 1, $50 for 2, $75 for 3 per visit. CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET/PETS.

-Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins You are welcome to smoke outside. Ashtrays are provided. There is a $500 charge plus damages for smoking in the buildings.

-We treat our cabins for pests but remember the cabins are in the woods and you may encounter insects and spiders.
 

Amenities

-We provide linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish washing detergent.  Basic cooking pots and pans if you have special needs please bring them with you.
-Please notify our office of any damages, shortages, or housekeeping issues upon arrival
-On rare occasions appliances, hot tubs, fireplaces, etc. can malfunction. We will do our best to service these amenities as soon as possible.
-In the event of a loss outside of our control such as time without electricity, water, satellite TV, etc. we cannot make any rental concessions. However, we will respond as soon as possible to restore these amenities.
-We will do our very best to have your cabin ready for you by 3:00pm. Due to cleaning and servicing your hot tub may not be at full temperature when you arrive and may need several hours to heat.
-We will respond as soon as possible to clear snow and ice from driveways. However, four- wheel- drive is recommended in winter at some cabins.
-We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities and property restrictions.
-Policies and rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning required after your stay. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation. The owners and management of Good Earth Management Company assume no responsibility for damages or loss of items belonging to our guests.
 

Each guest takes full precautions for their own safety. You agree that you shall indemnify and hold the "HHH" or "Good Earth Management" harmless for any and liability, and or loss resulting from the use of said facilities. You will not assign any of these rights under this agreement express written consent of management. This agreement shall be construed under the law of the State of Ohio. Should any litigation be taken by or against "HHH" or "Good Earth Management" over this lease or the use of the lodging the only venue in Hocking County, Ohio and lessee will be responsible for any legal fees that might be incurred by the owners. Any other rules or instructions given to or located in my lodging or applied by Good Earth Management Company are incorporated herein by reference.
